Every student must sign this agreement every fiscal year. Log in to the RU portal here and select 鈥Financial Responsibility and Electronic Consent鈥 under the 鈥Student Financial Services鈥 section.

If you choose NOT to agree to do business electronically, you will need to go to the Student Accounts Office in Massman Hall to complete a paper copy of the SFRA form and then go to the Registrar鈥檚 Office to manually complete a Registration Form.
